Yo no.  ::)

Pues para no estar interesado te prodigas bastante .....  ::)

Sorry for the derrail Tromic...  ::)

I was wondering if increasing the diameter of the shaft butt and have a flat surfaces contact between the slider and the butt could avoid the problem of them to get stucked.

I used to have that problem when I used Pneumatics back in the days. That was easily fixed with a drill and a sharpening stone, where the shaft butt could be re-faced to flat contact surface.

The guys here are saying that the slider get stuck with the butt after few shots.

Any thoughs?

You are right Marko. I do not think it was unexpected, with  8 g on the shaft on 32 bar.  With new lighter setup there won't be problem after a few shoots even on 32 bar.  I think 27 bar is enough with vacuum barrel and regular usage. As BocaRape said it is useful to know the limit. I do not want to make change to the factory shaft.

This might be good.
It is better to have cone symmetrical. This way the radial stretching of the O-ring is the lowest. The only difficulty is pushing the O-ring into the adapter, without some additional aid.

The problem of pushing the O-ring I solve or a larger ring or a bigger slider.
I do not see that this is a big problem

With modified adapter (taper entrance) no additional aid would be necessary. The cone angle on the picture is 45 deg. Maybe 30 deg would be better.

I tried normal Tomba12 O-ring with 50 kg of force. This could be the solution for greater strength for the O-ring.

This could be good for more than 100 kg:

This is what must be sealed with any vacuum barrel system, plus holes in the muzzle.

This is the most simple Tomba for Cyrano. No adapter is necessary. It is 1 g only! O-ring 12 x 7 x 2,5. Slider also should have cone to the O-ring. With some tiny, very light, hydrodynamic slider this would be better in performance than free shaft. Ring to muzzle + shaft to ring gap could be up to 0,4 mm together.
