Formentera: request of information

Good Morning,

this summer I'd like to go to formentera, and I'd like to know if it's possible to practise spearfishing there.
The last year I had very usefull information about Cadaques from you.. so thi year I asking your help again.
Are there protected areas or is it possible to fish in all the isle? where can I found a map of the protected areas?
Whic is the medium depth?
Which is the medium temperature of the water in the first weeks of july?

Thank you very much in advance,.. and you're all invited to fish here in the north of Italy! (where there's not so much fish  :()

Outside the protected areas are the deeper part of the island, but you can dive in cliffs.
In July you've enough with a 3mm. wetsuite until 20m.

my safety limit is 20-22 meters.

is it possible to fish withn those depths?
